Millshots Photography was created in June 2016. The company is owned and operated by Mandy Culbertson and Bart Palmer. Both Mandy and Bart have previous photography experience. Mandy’s experience is primarily with children (including newborns) and families while Bart’s experience seniors, modeling and all kinds of portraits. “We feel our experiences compliment each other while we strive to provide you with expert photography services.
